Subject	Is there a way to get rock chips off a front fascia?

Message	I have all these damn chips in my center panel and fascia, and big holes where the last owner apparently ripped the liscence plate bracket off in the bumper. Is there any way to get these off or fill them? Could they be wetsanded off or something? Any ideas anyone? I don't really have the money for a new fascia right now, just wanna make this one look good. Thanks in advance!
